A repudiated higher education institution in Qatar is inviting nominations and applications for the position of Contract Training Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager, the Contract Training Coordinator must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the Continuing and Professional Education Department in fully implementing the organization’s mission and vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires a professional to provide client servicing to support clients of the department, including liaison with representatives of companies regarding student assessments, application forms, registrations and course scheduling, invoicing, attendance forms, evaluations, students/program status, certification documentation, and other records and documentation as required.

The successful candidate will provide logistics planning and coordination to meet client needs as identified by the Manager, department, including liaison with department administration and/or instructors including third party vendors as well as suppliers involved the logistics of training delivery.

The successful candidate will liaise with the other departments including Business Units, Schools, Finance, IT and Facilities, and external agencies as required to ensure smooth implementation of contracts and delivery of courses and programs.

The successful candidate will maintain appropriate client sales and contract administration databases, and other records as required, and ensure correct billing for services to clients. As well as develop and prepare surveys, projections, statistics and a variety of other reports, as needed.

The successful candidate will respond to the Continuing and Professional Education requests for information from outside organizations and potential clients, as needed.

Education Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
Experience Min: 5

Education and Certifications:
Degree or equivalent in vocational/technical training or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Fluency in written and spoken English language required.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language required.

Other Required Skills:
Good organization skills and time management skills with a high standard of professional integrity. A proactive can-do attitude to work and good time management is essential. The ability to think analytically and solve problems and good attention to detail is required. Commitment to positive relationship building and effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation is required. Commitment to ongoing training and continuous professional development is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate explanatory communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
